I’ve seen it happen, titles get bigger, rooms get fancier, and suddenly, basic decency goes out the window.

But the best leaders I’ve met never let that happen. They don’t just lead with authority, they lead with connection. 🤝

And connection starts with something as simple as making people feel seen.

From the person who cleans your office, your kids’ teachers, the security guard at your building, the waiter at the place that knows your order, to the person at the bus stop who greets you every morning…
